Work-Based Projects
The Professional MBA is divided into three semesters, and includes a series of projects of significant importance to the student’s place of employment.  These projects deal with the following issues:

• Forces in the business environment and their impact on the employer’s future
• Continuous improvement and processes that create value for customers and shareholders
• Leadership and the challenges of championing and implementing change

Curriculum Details
Classroom material is organized around business core and support process principles that correspond with student project assignments.  This non-traditional program gives practical knowledge that enables students to:

• Create, stimulate, and manage demand for goods and services
• Meet that demand faster and more effectively than the competition
• Create and manage the innovative processes that ensure continued business
• Access and manage capital resources
• Strategically manage both human resources and information
