Prior to teaching, Dr. Moon held sales
and marketing positions with IBM and Xerox. He has worked with numerous
companies on sales forecasting re-engineering efforts, and he is the
faculty advisor for the student chapter of the American Marketing
Association. His primary research interests are buyer/seller relationships,
demand management and sales forecasting. He received his doctoral
degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his
master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of
Michigan in Ann Arbor. |
