On our second day we left the hotel at 9:30 am and headed to the Andes for a guided horseback tour.  After a full day on horseback, we ate a late lunch at Cascada de las Animas and then headed back to Santiago for our opening reception dinner at the Camino Real Restaurant on San Cristobal Hill.
